  • How do I return my order?
    If you are within our return policy, you will need 3 things to return your order: The item(s) you are returning The return detail page The return shipping label (generated on our website) Fill out the return detail page and include it in your package with the item(s) you are returning. Paste the return shipping label on the package. Details on how to receive a return shipping label can be found below. Enter your order information to track your order here for US or here for Canada. Use your order number, order email address, and the billing ZIP or postal code on the order. In the order status window click on, "Return this item" for the items you will be returning. Select the reason for return for each item you will be returning. Download your return shipping label. Print out the label, note down the tracking number, and paste it on your package. Bring your package to your local FedEx store or drop box and track the package to know when to expect your refund .
  • When will my order deliver?
    US When your order is shipped , you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your package which you can use via UPS. Standard shipping takes up to 7 business days to deliver, however the tracking number will provide you with an accurate estimated delivery date. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or a Puerto Rico address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to check the status of your order on our site. CANADA Please allow up to 5 additional business days for orders to process. Your order may take a total of 9 business days to process before shipping. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with the tracking number. Please note, the tracking updates will appear once the package has cleared customs processing. Orders shipping to Canada originate from our warehouse in Texas. It may take up to 4 weeks to receive your order from when it was placed. Allow an additional 3 business days processing time for orders with engraved, embossed, or custom timepieces. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to check the status of your order on our site.
  • When will I get my refund?
    US Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process after your package is delivered to our returns facility. Please note you will receive an email once your return has processed. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. For example, if a Gift Card was used to place the order the refund would be issued back to the original gift card used on the order. You can see if your package has delivered using the tracking number. If you used the supplied return label, you will be able to track the package through FedEx. If the return package was handled by USPS, they will deliver the package to FedEx and state that the package has been "Delivered to Agent." Please use the same tracking number through FedEx. You will receive an email when your return has been confirmed and your refund has been processed. CANADA Please allow up to 14 business days business days for your refund to process after your package is delivered to our returns facility. Please note you will receive an email once your return has processed. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You can see if your package has delivered using the tracking number. You will receive an email when your return has been confirmed and your refund has been processed.
  • I didn't receive my order
    US Be sure to check the tracking number. The estimated delivery date can change as your package is shipped. Your package may not have delivered yet. If the tracking shows that the package will be returned to Fossil for any reason, a refund will be issued after it has been received. If the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, check with the people around you to see if they may have accepted the package on your behalf, such as: Neighbors Roommates Front Office Mailing Center If you ordered multiple items, it’s possible that the items were shipped separately. In that case, you will receive a different tracking number for each package. One package may arrive before the other. CANADA Be sure to check the tracking number.
